After he completed his high school degree in Turkey, he went to Belgium with AFS intercultural exchange program and completed his high school degree in Belgium. Upon his return to Turkey, he obtained his law licence degree from Marmara University of Law Faculty of Istanbul, Turkey. During his university education, he had participated in Philip C.Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition on behalf of Marmara University, Istanbul.

He became member of Istanbul Bar Association, then after he had been granted to a master’s degree, LL.M by Gent University of Belgium in the field of European and Comparative law. He completed his one year military duty at Legal Affairs Department of Central Command Headquarters in Ankara with Lieutenant Rank. He is currently PHD candidate at Istanbul Commercial University – European Union and International Trade Law. At the present, he is preparing a PhD thesis on MICA (Markets in Crypto Assets) regulation in the European Union, focusing on developing comprehensive insights into the regulatory frameworks governing digital assets.

He is specialized in all matters concerning International Private Law, European Law, Family Law, Employment Law, Real Estate Law, Penal Law and Tort Law. He speaks fluent English and has good command of Dutch, French and moderate Russian. He is also authorized as a solicitor, barrister. He has a book in Turkish Language with the name of “Introduction to International Advocacy”. Elena Zara, a distinguished law graduate, has successfully completed her law education at Sovremennaya Gumanitarnaya Akademiya, laying a solid foundation in international law. Proficient in Russian, Turkish, and English, she brings a unique multicultural perspective to her legal practice. Elena has completed her legal expertise with a second degree in Turkish law from the Law Faculty of Istanbul Aydin University.

Having completed her formal education, Elena embarked on her professional journey in Turkey. She practice law as an attorney at law under the Istanbul Bar Association. As a lawyer who finished Russian and Turkish law faculties, her background is unique for especially with the legal matters involved with  Russian speaking countries and Turkey.

Since 2014, Elena has been providing specialized legal consultancy in areas spanning Turkey, Russia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Her proficiency in multiple languages and her deep understanding of various legal systems have established her as a valuable consultant in international law, adept at navigating and harmonizing the intricacies of different legal frameworks.

After completing her high school education at Kandilli Girls’ High School, she won a scholarship to study at the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Medipol University, from which she graduated in 2018. During her student years, she gained experience by working at various law offices, completed her legal internship at our office, and has joined our team as a lawyer affiliated with the Istanbul Bar Association. She has served as the youth branch president of the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life and continues to work in the legal department. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in private law, focusing on corporate law. She is also interested in health law, family law, and inheritance law.

After completing high school education at Kocaeli Bahçeşehir Anatolian High School, she obtained a scholarship to Yeditepe University Law Faculty and graduated from the Law Faculty in 2022 after one year of preparatory education. During her time at the faculty, she received 30% of her legal education in English and further developed herself by interning at a law firm during the summer. Following graduation, she started working as a Trainee Lawyer in our team and obtained her lawyer’s license in 2023, continuing to work within our organization as a lawyer affiliated with the Istanbul Bar Association. She is interested in Commercial Law, Competition Law, Consumer Law, and Contract Law.

He obtained his bachelor degree from University of Istanbul, Faculty of Law in 2002. He had been granted to a master’s degree (LL.M) from Istanbul University in the field of Corporate Law. After having this degree, he was admitted as a Ph.D candidate to Istanbul University. During his Ph.D, he has been granted to a research scholar, and served as a visiting researcher at “Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht” between the years of 2009 and 2010. He speaks fluent English and has good command of German. As regards to his academic publications, he published a book under the title of “Dismissal of shareholder in Corporations”. The book can be found in internet. He is also an expert concerning with Corporate and Commercial Law, International Commercial Transactions, International Private Law, Contracts and Torts.
